Just a gentle reminder that the lots in the courts are for short-term guest parking only. A number of residents have complained that spaces are increasingly being used as extra spaces for residents.

The recent rainfall has led to an impromptu boatyard at the Burghardts. They have a red canoe, a black hulled sailboat with orange trim, and an aluminum canoe in their yard and wish for missing boat owners to claim these crafts as soon as possible.
